Providing Liposculpture in Sydney - Alternative to Liposuction

Laserlipolysis is laser-assisted liposculpture. This Nd-YAG laser is designed to "melt" fat and induce collagen formation in the skin. The laser is delivered via tiny stab incisions in the skin, and works best in the neck and face. It is also useful in the modification of small saddlebags and abdomen.


Laserlipolysis enables more effective treatment of smaller pockets of cellulite close to the surface of the skin. It is effective in areas where the fat layer is quite thin,as the body is able to remove liquefied fat more effectively.

Compared to traditional liposuction, laserlipolysis results in less bleeding, less bruising, less swelling, smaller incisions and better results. The laser also stimulates collagen production, so tighter surface skin typically results.

Laserlipolysis is used for contouring and streamlining of small areas of the body. It is not for the removal of large amounts of unwanted fat, in this case traditional liposuction would be used.
